Margaret (Peg) Lisi, Au.D.

Peg joined Pacific Hearing Service in January 2007. She obtained her Master’s degree from San Francisco State University where she was the recipient of the Distinguished Achievement Award for Academic Excellence. She received her clinical doctorate degree in audiology from the University of Florida in 2008.

Prior to her work in audiology, Peg enjoyed a long career as an opera singer, performing with regional opera houses and orchestras throughout the United States. Because of her musical background, she brings to her practice an understanding of the nature of instrumental and vocal sound perception. She has researched music-related hearing loss and the secondary effects it can have.

Peg is passionate about the counseling aspect of working with her clients. She leads the amplification workshops in the Menlo Park office where she learns almost as much from her patients as they do from her.
